Co-Founder, CEO
As Co-Founder and CEO of Eos Software Systems, building next generation products, has been responsible to increase revenue four-fold within two years of incorporation. Established a product incubation practice and a highly performing team.
With more than 12 years of IT experience, he brings in expertise in pre-sales, customer relationship, management and technologies in areas of J2EE application development, web technologies and Business rules engines and Optimization solutions.
Managed end to end delivery of several cutting edge web applications focused on product incubation using advanced technologies - Semantic Web, Web2.0, Cloud strategies, clustered search and indexing, RIA, AJAX, J2EE, PHP and similar technologies and platforms.
He was a Senior Manager at Tavant Technologies, was based in the US as a Program Manager, managing delivery and client relationship for one of the most critical systems to its customers in Mortgage Pricing.
He brings in strong technology expertise and experience in niche areas - BRMS, Optimization and Web applications. He has provided leadership role in architecting and designing solutions based on Java and ILOG Rules and Optimization platforms for leading Mortgage banks in US and UK while at Tavant and PSI.
He holds a Computer Science and Engineering degree from Bangalore University. He has worked extensively in the United States, United Kingdom and Indian marketplace.
Suman R
Co-Founder, Director of Business Strategy
Suman is the Co-Founder and director at Eos, she brings in more than 12 years of software industry experience.
She has been responsible to setup the pre-sales activity at Eos since inception and defining the business strategy to drive the sales and pre-sales to on board some of our key customers in strategic areas, leading to achieve significant growth of our organization.
Prior to starting Eos, she was based in the US, responsible to deliver internet based software solutions for clients such as FirstAmerican, Keane etc., in customer engagement, business architecture and analysis, technical architecture and setting up onsite-offshore delivery models.
She has worked as a web technology architect at IGate and PSI Data Systems, providing technical leadership to the team, designing J2EE / Java based platforms in business areas such as elearning, retail and investment banking. Working with clients in France, Germany, and Argentina with management and delivery responsibilities. She brings in key value add in management and technology for web / internet based applications.
She holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore.
Karthik C
Co-Founder, Director of Technology Architecture
Karthik is the Co-Founder of Eos, focused on technology innovation at Eos.
Worked closely with customer's onsite team to define technology road map and hands on development. Worked from inception of the product and defined the application architecture to scale, which now serves multi-million monthly users. Established search indexing strategy, deployment strategy, load distribution approach, database scaling, etc.
Prior to founding Eos, he worked with Thought Works Inc, and was based in the US and India implementing a number of software systems to its clients in Java/J2EE, RubyOnRails, AJAX technologies
He has worked closely with some of the industry leaders in technology innovation and highly experienced in Agile methodologies and XP while at Thought Works, written articles on latest technologies such as RubyOnRails. He specializes in technology research and innovation in Web technologies such as AJAX, RubyOnRails, Usability, J2EE.
He brings in very strong technical leadership and experience in the latest of Web technologies.
Manjunath P Reddy

Hands-on technology management leader and Enterprise architect with over 11 years of progressive consulting experience in directing and delivering multi-channel enterprise SDLC solutions for a wide range of business verticals including Broadcasting, Trading Platforms, Insurance, Banking, Mortgage, Utilities, Retail and Financial markets.
Extensive knowledge of open-source and commercial middleware/application/web server stacks in the realm of J2EE (Weblogic, ATG, Websphere, SOA & ESB (fiorano, TIBCO, SONIC, SeeBeyond) with exposure to customized COTS solutions.
Wide domain knowledge ranging from Broadcasting, Banking, Trading, Fixed Income, Capital Markets, Auto Insurance, Mortgage Banking, Equities, Compliance, VAR and AML.
Worked with large global teams delivering complex engagements to corporations such as DirecTV Inc, First Tennessee Bank, Bank of America, Citigroup (North and South America), Trade Monster, JP Morgan & Chase, Charles Schwab, SAIC, Mercury Insurance, Weider Publications and Ameriquest mortgage.
